When items will be restocked?
The restock date of most items is unknown because our suppliers don’t refill military surplus stock regularly. The best way to get to know about restocking is to use the “Notify me when available” feature on product pages.

Do you have a size chart for clothing andfootwear?
Yes, we provide size charts for clothing and footwear on the product pages to help you choose the right size. If you can’t find sizing chart or get confused by it, please contact us via email or live chat.

I have received wrong product, what should l do?
Contact us at nuticaruubel@outlook.com or through our chat. Include a picture of your delivery note and the incorrect product. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.
My discount code doesn’t work?
During promotions and offers (eg Black Friday, Cyber Monday) discount codes are temporarily disabled. Likewise, you’re not able to combine several different discount codes. Some of our discount codes also are time-limited and may therefore be invalid.
My payment failed, what should l do?
